STEP02

Check the Email from the Secretariat

The secretariat will review your application form and send you an email. Please check the email carefully. Do not make any payment at this stage. Wait for further instructions from the secretariat regarding the payment.

STEP03

Transfer the Membership Fee

After submitting your application form, please transfer the membership fee via telegraphic transfer to the following account:

Receive the Official Receipt

Once your payment is confirmed, the secretariat will issue and send you an official receipt.

EAST ASIAN INSURANCE CONGRESS (EAIC) Membership Application Agreement
By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the
use of your personal information by the EAIC General Secretariat:

1.Purpose of Information Use:

  • The EAIC General Secretariat will use the personal information obtained solely for the purpose of managing
    and confirming your status as a participant in the EAIC Conference.
  • Your personal information will be shared with the Secretariat/Local Organizer of the Conference to verify your
    participation status.
  • Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose unless required by law.

2.Use of Photographs:

  • Photographs taken by EAIC staff or the Secretariat/Local Organizer during the Conference may be used for public relations activities.
